Brain Gym 104 – 26 Movements

This course is a required course for the Brain Gym® Movement Facilitator track, however it is not a requirement that participants be pursuing the facilitator track.

This is an introductory level 16-hour course that teaches the basic principles of Brain Gym, PACE, and all of the 26 BG movements….. in-depth.

This class is for educators and  therapists of all types  who want to use these movements to facilitate meeting  their clients’ goals. This class is tailored to the age group you are working with.

Brain Gym 104 helps you develop full potential: cognitively, emotionally and physically with each of your clients.  Each simple and easy-to-do movement (brain gym) addresses many physical skills of learning and can enhance all your client’s  lives in many areas.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the physiology of the movements in relation to child development.
  • delve into each of the 26 movements (how to do them, how to assist clients of all ages with the movement).
  • learn the practical application for everyday life and clinical application.
